Join Jillian Celentano, MSW, on a discussion about services and supports for LGBTQ+ older adults. Jillian is a transgender woman who began her transition in 2016 at the age of 55. She received her master's degree in social work at age 61. She is a licensed psychotherapist, social worker, advocate, and has organized support groups for transgender/gender diverse children and young adults.
